Crazy neighbor!!
There is this house near by.. Oh my god!! It is more crazy than the Griswalds... The Chevy Chase movie, remember that movie when he went nuts with the lights on his house? Check this out!! This guy goes crazy, but it's cool.. I wonder what his PG&E bill is??
